Our Leadership
The company is owned and managed by Mr. Israruddin, a Hotel Management graduate from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Donapaula, Goa.
- Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) food safety systems.
- Over 6 years of professional experience in the hotel and catering industry.
- Expertise in Indian & Continental cuisines, bulk food production, and operational excellence.
By combining academic knowledge with real-world experience, he has transformed Alone Enterprises & Co. into a scientifically managed food service provider that caters to thousands of passengers and institutions daily.

Our foundation is built on the remarkable journey of Sri Jainuddin Managalore, father of Mr. Israruddin. A respected figure in Karnataka’s catering industry, he dedicated more than four decades to Indian Railway catering, serving millions of passengers with humility and consistency.
